We are delighted to announce the Kuwait Third Heart Failure Symposium, scheduled to take place in Salwa Al Sabah Hall in Kuwait on June 20th, 2026. This event is organized by the cardiology department at Al Amiri Hospital in collaboration with the Kuwait Heart Foundation (KHF). This symposium is being held during a challenging and difficult time for our beloved gulf countries. We are determined to come out of this challenge much stronger and more united. We are delighted to announce that all our speakers are from the Arabian Gulf countries and this was planned ahead of any un-seen regional political unrest. The symposium will cover state-of-the-art practices for managing the advanced heart failure patients. We will be having a deep dive in our local practice regarding the heart transplantation both at the medical and surgical domains. Moreover, we will be discussing novel heart failure managements at a multidisciplinary level including the diabetic patients, obese patients, renal patients, patients with anemia and specific rare cardiac disorders,.Finally, we will have a quick glance at the contribution of laboratory medicine in the work up of the heart failure patient.
