The Assessment and Management of Patients with Aortic Stenosis: Leveraging the Power of Echocardiography course is a two-day, CME-accredited educational program organized by Mayo Clinic. It focuses on the latest evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and management of aortic stenosis, with a strong emphasis on advanced echocardiographic assessment. Participants will learn how to evaluate disease severity, interpret discordant echocardiographic and cardiac catheterization findings, identify appropriate timing for aortic valve replacement, and assess patients before, during, and after Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and surgical valve replacement. The course also includes live patient echocardiography scanning and practical case-based discussions to enhance diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making
