The 28th Congress of the European Sleep Research Society (ESRS), which will take place from 20–23 October 2026 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. For the first time, Sleep Europe will be jointly hosted by three countries and their national sleep societies — Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands — reflecting the spirit of collaboration that defines our field. Sleep Europe 2026 brings a diverse faculty of international experts from various fields of sleep. The programme once again features our usual tracks, and now Sleep Technology as the latest addition. It comprises oral sessions, lectures, symposia, masterclasses, round tables, and poster sessions, complemented by dedicated activities such as Early Career Day, Breakfast Buzzes, and European Network Sessions.
