View LectureAfter completing his post-graduate medical training in McGill University (Montreal, Canada) in Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, and Medical Microbiology, he worked as an Infectious Diseases Physician in the NBK children’s hospital and Kuwait Cancer Control Centre (KCCC).
During the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic, he was a member of several national-level committees, most notably, the Pediatrics COVID-19 Task Force and The National COVID-19 Vaccine Committee.
He is interested in Infectious Diseases in the Immunocompromised host and improving the quality of healthcare services provided in both clinical and Laboratory aspects.
He has published research focused on respiratory viruses, diagnostic accuracy, and quality improvement.
She Has completed her MSc degree in Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Strathclyde, UK
She Completed PhD in PK/PD Modelling and Simulation of Antimicrobial Therapy at the University of Strathclyde, UK.
Received Internship training in Solid Organ Transplantation and Infectious Diseases from King Fasil Specialized Hospital and Research in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Currently, She is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Faculty of Pharmacy, Kuwait University.
She Worked previously as part time Clinical Pharmacist for Solid Organ Transplant At Hamed Al-Essa Organ Transplant Centre, and Infectious Diseases and Nephrology at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital in Kuwait.
